What is CDN?

The Customer Dialog Network (CDN) program is a proven tool for strengthening owner loyalty, improving advocacy for Buick and GMC, and ultimately driving repeat business to your showroom and service lane. The personalized communications feature your dealership information and your service coupons.

 

Who receives the CDN communications?

Each CDN dealer’s new Buick and GMC owners receive CDN communications. In addition, used Buick and GMC owners — as well as all Pontiac owners who have a current email address on record — receive digital versions.

 

If I enroll, what will my customers receive?

Each owner will receive four owner communications per year.

 

What about the cost?

The cost is a one-time, per-VIN charge ($16.50 for GMC; $20 for Buick) on the dealer invoice for newly ordered vehicles. This is a minimal charge for a 6-year program that includes two 32-page magazines and two eNewsletters yearly.
